Terms and Conditions for Participation in Row Nation Row Fit Classes
1. Introduction
Welcome to Row Nation Row Fit Classes. By registering for a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C), which govern your access to and use of Row Nation's services.
2. Health Declaration
Participants declare that they are in good health and do not have any medical condition that would prevent their safe participation in a fitness class.
3. Registration and Payment
Registration for a class is complete when the participant has made full payment and received a confirmation from Row Nation. All payments are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
4. Cancellation Policy
At Row Nation, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate this, we offer the following cancellation policy:Timely Cancellation: Participants may cancel their registration free of charge if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.
Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time, the participant will be charged the full cost of the class and will not be eligible for a refund. This policy helps us manage our class sizes and instructor schedules effectively.
No-Shows: Participants who do not attend their scheduled class without prior cancellation (no-shows) will also be charged the full cost of the class.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, can prevent you from attending a class. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit for a future class at our discretion.
Class Cancellations by Row Nation: In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another class.We recommend that participants carefully consider their schedules before registering for a class to avoid unnecessary charges due to late cancellations.
5. Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the class. Row Nation reserves the right to remove any participant who exhibits disruptive or dangerous behavior.
6. Changes to Classes
Row Nation may, at its discretion, change class instructors, schedules, or locations as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance whenever possible.
Liability Waiver for Row Nation Row Fit Classes
By ticking the checkbox, I agree to release and hold harmless Row Nation, its employees, instructors, and agents from all liabilities, claims, and expenses that arise from my participation in Row Nation Row Fit Classes.I acknowledge that participating in fitness classes involves a risk of injury and that Row Nation is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.I confirm that I have read and understood the risks involved and choose to accept them as my own responsibility. I waive the right to bring any legal action against Row Nation for any claim waived herein.
